A manager with no permissions can still authorize holidays for his staff

Joe Wicks is a manager with NO permissions.

May Day is an employee.

Mays holiday approver is Joe Wicks (who has NO permissions turned on).

May logs on and requests tomorrow off on her TIME OFF section.

It is listed as her Time Off and Roster Requests logs as submitted.

May  can see she has holidays awaiting approval (in her time off section under the 'awaiting approval' tab).

When Joe Wicks logs on, he can see a notification for time off requested in his dashboard.

If Joe clicks on the link, or selects Time Off – Awaiting Approval – he will see the request.

Joe approves the request.

May’s Time Off and Roster Requests logs now lists the holiday as approved.
