Reading, signing and finding your documents
HR Docs, electronic signatures
Your company publishes documents to you through HR Docs: contracts, policies, handbooks and, in many companies, payslips.
When a document is published to you
- You get an email letting you know.
- The document appears in your HR Docs section.
Essential documents need a signature
- Essential documents must be read and signed. Signing confirms you've read and understood the document, and counts as an electronic signature.
- If you haven't signed, HRLocker reminds you every 21 days.
- Non-essential documents don't need a signature, but they're published because they're worth reading.
To read and sign
- Open HR Docs.
- Select the document and read it.
- Confirm you've read and understood it to sign.
