Editing existing work patterns.
- To be clear. Editing a work pattern is not possible. Work patterns can be re-assigned.
- Work patterns can not be edited once their are assigned, the times and working days are locked.
- If you created a work pattern with an error, you can archive it and delete it
- If you need to change an employee's work pattern, you need to assign a different work pattern to them
- The reason for this, is that work patterns are shared amongst many offices and employees, and editing one could have unforeseen consequences affecting other employees employment records.
