The office needs to have the country field populated in the address field.
The reports are found in the Time On reports
Breaks Not Taken:
To support compliance with labour regulations regarding breaks, HRLocker includes a dedicated report that highlights instances where employees have not taken their required breaks. This report alerts managers to compliance issues and enables them to take necessary actions to ensure employees receive their mandated rest periods.
Rest Periods:
HRLocker's compliance reporting identifies employees who have not received the required rest periods between shifts. This helps organizations proactively address any compliance gaps and maintain employee well-being.
Average Weekly Hours:
Monitoring average weekly hours is crucial for compliance with labour laws. HRLocker's compliance reports provide an overview of average weekly hours worked by employees, enabling managers to ensure compliance with legal requirements and take appropriate measures to manage employee workloads.
Manager Alerts:
HRLocker's compliance reporting feature incorporates manager alerts on the Dashboard. These alerts notify managers when violations are identified, such as breaks not taken, missed rest periods and too many average hours worked. Managers can promptly address these alerts, proactively managing compliance risks and promoting a healthy work environment.
