Enabling Accrued and Hourly annual leave % rule, Hourly Leave, Part-Time Leave, Irregular Hours
HRLocker offers 3 options for calculating and displaying annual leave
- Daily Allocation - Default leave system, already active for all companies
- Hourly Allocation - needs to be activated
- Hourly Accrual (percentage rule) - Needs to be activated
To enable Hourly and Accrued leave for your company it first needs to be activated in your company settings
- Log in as an Admin
- Click on the Settings button on the Black Ribbon
- Click on the Company tab in the Green ribbon
- Scroll down to the end of the company settings page. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tick the box to enable hourly accrued leave for the company
- Once the setting is enabled for the company, it also needs to be enabled for each office that it applies to
- Click on the Settings button on the Black Ribbon
- Click on the Offices Tab
- Select the settings dropdown menu next to your office
- Choose 'Time Off' from this dropdown
- Press submit to save the change
- Now you will be able to assign hourly or accrued leave to any employee at this office
- Repeat the last step for any other offices that require it
