      Enabling Location for clock in employees

      How to enable GeoLocation for timesheets, location for Clock-in, Time On app location

      • Log into HRLocker 
      • Navigate to the employee that you would like to enable Geolocation for
      • Select the employees Settings
      • Track Geolocation will be available if the employee uses Clock in/out

      Once Location is enabled, then when clocking in you will be prompted to give location permission

      Clicking the globe on the timesheet will show the location of clock in/out.

      Clocking in/out from the Time On app or the Mobile app on the phone will give a precise location.

      If clocking in/out from your desktop, you will need to allow Location from your browser settings.
      These are usually in Security or Privacy settings. 

      Location is not accurate on desktop since desktop devices typically lack the built-in hardware components required for precise location tracking, such as GPS receivers or advanced Wi-Fi positioning systems.
