How to create a training day

Office specific leave

  • Log on as an administrator.
  • Navigate to settings and select Offices
  • Select Time Off settings for the relevant office

  • Select Add New

  • Add the name and date


  • To not deduct the leave from the Annual Leave balance, the box should remain unchecked
  • Click submit.
  • The Office day is now listed under  Office Specific Holidays
  • The leave will need to be created for each office that this applies to.
  • The Leave will be visible in the Who's Off calendar
