How to enable Reviews for employees

HRLocker has introduced an enhanced Reviews feature, offering greater flexibility and customization. You can now create multiple review templates and assign them to specific offices for a more tailored approach to your reviews process.

Accessing Reviews:

Navigate to Reviews:

  • Click on "Reviews" in the navigation bar at the top of your screen.

Activate Reviews:

  • If you don't see the Reviews button, it means Reviews haven't been activated in your personal settings.
  • To enable Reviews:
    • Log in as an Admin.
    • Go to your directory settings page.
    • Tick the box that says 'Enable Reviews.'

Making a Manager a Reviewer:

  • A Reviewer needs to be a manager in HRLocker.
  • Go to the directory settings for the selected manager.
  • Enable the Reviews feature for the chosen manager.
  • There are three options:
    • Enable reviews for the Manager. This means that you can select them to be a Reviewer of an employee. The manager will be able to see all employees for who they are a reviewer. 
    • If you want the manager to be the Administrator for all reviews, tick 'Is Reviews Admin.' The Reviews Administrator can view all reviews for the company.
    • Managers can be granted Read Only Access to selected Offices and Employees. They will be be able to read the reviews but not edit them. The manager will still be able to edit the reviews for the employees that they are a Reviewer for.

Assigning a Reviewer:

  • Access the directory settings for the employees whose reviews you want to manage.
  • Enable the Reviews feature for the selected employees.
  • From the dropdown, select the manager you want to assign as the Reviewer for the employees.
