How to filter timesheet data on HRLocker

HRLocker has 4 main tabs for timesheets. My Time On, Unsubmitted, Awaiting, and Archive This short article will show you how to easily find the information you are looking for.

My Time On

In the 'My Time On' section, your view will always default to your own current timesheet. This is the timesheet for the current date, If you want to see the next timesheet, click 'Next Week', to see the previous timesheet, click 'Previous Week' or to select a specific date, click on the calendar input and enter in your desired date

If you are a manager and would like to select another employee, you can choose their name from the dropdown menu on the top right of the page

Unsubmitted

In the Unsubmitted tab, you will be able to see any timesheets that have been saved but not submitted. Note, if timesheets were not enabled, or email reminders were turned off, previous timesheets may not have generated on the system, so if your timesheets are not in the Awaiting or Archive tab, and you need to generate them, you can do this by saving the timesheet in the 'My Time On' page.

When you first click on the page, if you are a manager, there will be no results. To see the timesheets, you need to either press the 'show all' button which will display all unsubmitted timesheets for all employees who you manage, or you can choose a filter and press 'Apply Filter'

The filters allow you to display only the office, department, or employee you are interested in, or you can also select a date range. 

Awaiting Approval

In the Awaiting tab, you will be able to see any timesheets that have been submitted but not yet approved.

When you first click on the page, if you are a manager, there will be no results. To see the timesheets awaiting approval, you need to either press the 'show all' button which will display all timesheets for all employees who you manage, or you can choose a filter and press 'Apply Filter'

The filters allow you to display only the office, department, or employee you are interested in, or you can also select a date range. 

You can then further refine your results by checking the box to only show employees whose timesheets you approve

Archive

In the Archive tab, you will be able to see any timesheets that have been approved.

When you first click on the page, if you are a manager, there will be no results. To see the timesheets in the archive you need to either press the 'show all' button which will display all timesheets for all employees who you manage, or you can choose a filter and press 'Apply Filter'

The filters allow you to display only the office, department, or employee you are interested in, or you can also select a date range.
