How To Publish a Payslip to HR Docs
Publishing Payslips as essential documents to HR Docs
- Log in to HRLocker
- navigate to HRDocs
- Select Add New
- Choose the relevant Payslip file, add name and description
- Choose the employee you want to publish it to
- Check the “essential document” checkbox
- Press the Submit button
Once the payslip you have uploaded has been submitted, the employee it was published to will be emailed and asked to read and sign it.
Thereafter, if the payslip has not been signed, the employee will be notified every 21 days about not signing.
