How to report on HR docs signatures, HRDocs visual reports

For administrators and managers with reporting permissions, the HRDocs reports section in HRLocker offers reports to effectively manage document compliance. 

HRDocs Reports in HRLocker

  • Log in to HRLocker as an admin or a manager with reporting permissions.
  • Navigate to Reports and then choose "HRDocs" 

Visual Reports

  • HRDocs visual reports provides a selection of visual reports summarising all documents published within your organization.
    • HR Docs Signature Summary
      • This report offers a detailed list of all documents assigned to employees, including the dates they were assigned and their current signature status.
      • Use the filters to select employees and see their current signature status for all documents assigned to them.
      • Alternatively, select a document to see current signature status for all employees assigned this document.

Multiple Documents Section

  • To view documents assigned to multiple employees, select a document individually from the dropdown list to see more detailed information.
  • Report Details:
    • Upon selecting a document, you'll see who uploaded it, the date it was published, and the list of assignees.
  • Visual Component:
    • A pie chart displays the number of employees the document is assigned to, divided into those who have signed and those who have not.
  • Downloading a Signature List:
    • Download a Signature List for a comprehensive breakdown of all employees assigned the document, indicating who has signed, the signature date, and who still needs to sign.

Single Document Section

  • This section is for documents assigned to a single employee.
  • Downloading the Report:
    • The report shows which employees have already signed the documents assigned exclusively to them and who still needs to sign.
