Make one of your managers in HRLocker a hiring manager in HIRE.

Giving HRLocker manager permission on HIRE as a Hiring Manager

1. Log into HRLocker as an Admin 

2. Click Directory from the Black Ribbon above 

3. Select HRLocker manager you want to also be a HIRE Hiring Manager

4. Click settings from the left

5. Scroll down to the bottom of the settings page 

6. Select Link status in HIRE section

7. Select Hiring Manager 

8. Make sure to click submit to ensure changes have been saved

If your hiring manager is not a user on HRLocker, or if they want to use another email address to sign into Hire, they can be created manually in Hire

The primary admin in Hire can add them in the Account Settings page

You can create the users in the The multiple users tab and assign them a Hiring Manager role

Those managers can then log into Hire using the portal at
