Setting up a referral contact and referral campaign
There are two ways to set up contacts in HIRE.
- If you have your contacts in an Excel spreadsheet and want to bulk upload contacts into HIRE select the ‘Batch upload contacts’ button. Then choose the file that you want to upload.
2. If you want to individually enter contacts, select the ‘add contact’ green button. When you are entering the contacts details, you can select if you want to limit the campaigns that the contact can see.
Setting up referral campaign
- Select start a campaign to set up your referral campaign (Please note, you do have to have the job set up before starting this process)
2. Select which job you want to set up the campaign around.
3. Set up the rewards that you would for a ‘hire’ and also then for an ‘interview’. Setting up a reward for interview is optional.
4. Once the job has been sent out to individuals, you can track how many applications referrals you receive.
