Employee Guide to Managing Your Directory Profile in HRLocker

Overview

As an employee, HRLocker allows you to access and manage your personal information through your profile in the Directory. This guide will help you update your details, upload a profile picture, and see key information like your manager, work pattern, and leave balances.

Accessing Your Profile

  1. Log in to HRLocker:

    • Use your employee credentials to log in to the HRLocker system.
  2. Navigate to Your Profile:

    • Navigate to the Directory section, and click on your name to open your profile.

Updating Personal Information

  1. Edit Personal Details:

    • In your profile, you can update Personal information such as your contact details, home address, and emergency contacts.
    • Once changes are made, click Submit to save them. The updates will take effect immediately.
  2. Uploading a Profile Picture:

    • You can upload a profile picture by clicking on Add New Photo in the Personal tab.
    • Select a photo from your device and click Submit. This helps your team easily recognize you across the platform.

Viewing Key Details

  1. See Your Manager:

    • In the Summary tab, under "Reports to" , you can view the name of your direct manager. 
    • In the Settings tab, you can view your Time on and Time off Approver.
  2. Check Your Work Pattern:

    • Your assigned work pattern can be viewed in the Settings tab. This shows your working hours and days, helping you keep track of your work schedule.

Why Keep Your Profile Updated?

Keeping your profile information up-to-date ensures that HR and your manager have the most current contact information and details.
