How to create a night shift work pattern

• Employees who work overnight should have a work pattern that reflects this.
• To create and assign work patterns please see Creating and assigning work patterns

• Create the new work pattern at the company level.
• For overnight shifts 
  • An overnight shift starting at 10:00 PM  and ending at 6:00 AM, this is entered in one day
    So, the work pattern would start on Monday at 22:00 PM and end on Monday at 6:00 AM. This ensures that the entire duration of the overnight shift is captured within a single day in the work pattern, accurately reflecting the employee's hours worked.

• Input the duration of unpaid breaks for this work pattern.
• Assign the new overnight work pattern to the relevant offices where it applies.
• Once assigned to the office, proceed to assign the work pattern to the employees within that office.
